It was clean and quiet. Went for thanksgiving weekend to see family and forgot about the large football game the next day. Never heard a peep from anyone or thing. It’s next to restaurants and shopping which I thought would’ve made it noisy/busy but not at all. The front desk staff was available and cordial anytime I had a question. Free laundry supplies if you pay for the machines. Nice indoor heated pool. Plenty of common areas to relax or sit by the fire.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, very clean hotel, with the exception of the carpets. Could use a good cleaning or replacement.

Location is too good . All Stores & restaurants are at walkable distance. Friendly , Flexible & neatly behaved staffs at Front desk & Bistro restaurant (Debbie & Rosie).

My husband ate, I did not, but he said it was good although it was a bit pricey.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Never waited in line long because someone was always available to support the front desk clerk. Very clean and restaurant was tastie. Was concerned about highway noise but did not bother me at all.

I though that breakfast was included. But in reality there is no lack of food in the area and your cafe was open. Add the cost of breakfast and the room, the price was still reasonable.

The breakfast was fine and the kids' menu was perfectly suited for young kids (4&6) as well as older. I would suggest less honey in the yogurt parfaits. They were delicious but way too sweet.

I liked how clean and friendly the staff was, the price was even reasonable with having a balcony.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. There were a number of places to eat within walking distance. Since, I did not have a vehicle of my own, that was important. The shuttle to and from the airport went smoothly, arriving about 15 minutes after contacting them.
